Stay on track AND enjoy chocolate for Valentine;s Day!

Here's the perfect compromise if you want to indulge a little and still get your chocolate treat for Valentine's Day. Here's my recipe for a single serve chocolate cake.

3 T flour

3 T sugar

2 T dark coco powder

1/4 t baking powder

dash of salt

Mix all together thoroughly in a large coffee mug or a small glass dish

Then add

3T oil

3 T milk (I generally use cashew milk but any is fine)

1/4 t vanilla

Mix in with the dry ingredients and once combined you can add a couple of tablespoons of chocolate chips or dark chocolate.

Microwave the ingredients for 90 seconds and enjoy!
