Vista Tower in Chicago is being built really quickly! Once completed, it will the 3rd tallest in the city!
It will include a blow-through floor on the 83rd floor to prevent the huge building from swaying too much in the wind.
Considering the Sears tower sways several inches back and forth, this sounds like a good idea to me!
