22-year-old Javier Garcia of Palatine who has been accused of driving through Woodfield Mall will face felony terrorism charges, prosecutors announced Sunday.
NBC 5 reports that a search warrant on Garcia's phone revealed he searched the mall about 124 times.
A state terrorism charge carries a 20-life sentence if convicted.
