10-year-old Sawyer Henderson, also known as "Miss Saywer" has made it her goal to honor veterans and military members ever since her older brother joined the Marine Corp.
Throughout the year, she does many things to honor vets and fallen soldiers, but takes it up a notch during the holiday season. Every year, she fills Christmas stockings with gifts to send to deployed military members.
She told Inside Edition, "People these days don't really think about veterans in the military putting their lives on the line to protect our freedom."
She has a lofty goal this year hoping to send at least 10,000 stockings abroad!
