O'Hare Ranks as one of the Worst U.S. Airports

With the holiday air crunch fast approaching, The Wall Street Journal is out with its second annual ranking of the best and worst ranked U.S. airports (based on just the top 20 largest).

Chicago's O'Hare came in as the 5th worst airport in the country.

Based on 14 different measures, including customer satisfaction, cost and reliability, here are the five best and worst major airports (click on the link for the full ranking):
