The American Writers Museum opened up a new exhibit this past weekend. The new exhibit is called “My: America: Immigrant and Refugee Writers Today”. This exhibit marks one of the first multimedia exhibits to feature works of more than 30 immigrant and refugee writers.
Along with its fast array of pieces written by immigrants and refugees it also explores their influences and what it means to me multilingual in America. The exhibit is planned to run until May of next year, which means a lot of time to check it out if you are interested.
