A CTA bus driver has just tested positive for the Coronavirus according to transit officials today. They confirmed the driver, who operated a bus working out of the Forest Glen bus garage at 5914 W. Armstrong Ave. was diagnosed.
The agency is saying they have been in touch with any person and employee who may have had direct contact with the driver. The Forest Glen bus garage will remain open and be disinfected. The official statement said, "CTA conducts regular, robust cleaning of railcars, buses and stations". Everything is apparently disinfected daily and all vehicles receive regular deep cleaning".
