Veteran Broadcaster Hugh Downs died overnight at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona at 99 years old.
His death was announced in a statement by his family this morning. A spokesman said he did not have COVID-19.
Down’s career spanned more than 60 years, including work on “20/20,” the “Today Show,” “Concentration” and “The Tonight Show Starring Jack Paar.”
