A Florida man allegedly backhanded a Slurpee onto a female 7-Eleven employee after arguing over the drink's price. Brian Duffy told police he remembered arguing over the price, but denied dousing the employee in sugary slush. Police didn't believe Duffy, and arrested him for felony battery. The 40-year-old has an extensive rap sheet.
