La Niña Might Make and Impact to Winter Weather.

Here is some good news Chicago, it is looking like we might not be having such a cold winter this coming season. This is due to the La Niña climate pattern that is expected across the country.

This is predicted to make for more of a wetter winter season this year instead of the usual freeze we get, which honestly sounds better than the freezing cold winter we had last year. Another sign of a potentially warmer winter is the lack of frost or snow we have had so far this year.

Usually, the city gets frost earlier in October, but so far that has not happened and is expected to happen this weekend. The Same can be said for snow, which usually occurs around late October, but is expected to be much later this year.
