Not sure how I feel about this...BUT, the brand Salt & Straw is selling a line of Thanksgiving-flavored ice cream including one made with actual pieces of real turkey!
They used caramelized turkey BACON, so not actual hunks of light and dark meat. But still, ice cream with turkey in it.
