Thousands of travelers have had it with cramped airline seats - and they're letting the FAA know about it.
The agency says it's received over 26,000 complaints that airline seats are small and uncomfortable.
The FAA launched a survey in August after a Congressional mandate to look at "passenger comfort and safety".
