Army Brings Back ‘Be All You Can Be’ Slogan

The Army is going old-school and traveling back into the 80s and 90's bringing back it's "Be All You Can Be" slogan. The Army is hoping it will revive recruitment which has seen a drastic drop over the years. The military branch fell short of last year's recruitment goal by 15,000. In other military developments, a Pentagon study found that 77% of young Americans are unfit for service without a waiver due to "weight, drug use or other physical or mental health reasons."
