Mayor Lori Lightfoot has declared April 5th as Portillo's Day because the Chicago restaurant chain will be celebrating its 60th birthday. You can see the original "Dog House" that Dick Portillo served his first hot dogs from at different Portillo's locations from April 6th to June 8th. My family and I will definitely be celebrating!
