In memory of my step-dad, I make this every year. His all time favorite meal was German Spaghetti. Just know this is an artery clogger!
2 pounds of spaghetti noodles
1 large green pepper
1 pound bacon
1 large can of stewed tomatoes
1 32oz block of Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Cook spaghetti and put aside. Chop bacon and green pepper and brown together. Drain the fat and then add to the spaghetti. Then, add the tomatoes and the cubes of cheese and stir until it's melted. Enjoy!
