Transgender Boy Won Girls' State Wrestling Championship

For the second year in a row, a transgender boy has won the girls' state wrestling title in Texas. Mack Beggs has been forced by Texas law to compete in the gender classification listed on his birth certificate. The 18-year-old Beggs, who was born female, has remained undefeated in the Texas girls' Class 6A 110-pound division since last season. Video shows Beggs was both cheered and booed upon winning this year's title over the weekend.
