It's why your kid is nicer at school than at home

Have you noticed that your kid seems to be an angel at school, but the minute that they get home the wheels fall off and they go nuts? The experts say it's not just your kid and that it's pretty common. So much so that it actually has a name and they call it "After-School Restraint Collapse". Today's Parent magazine says it's basically your kid using all of their energy and restraint to do what they have to at school and the bubble bursts when they get home. The experts say to let your kids vent and to try to help them release the steam by letting them do something the love at the end of the day, like riding a bike or listening to music.
