My friend's adorable cat Bailey was celebrating his 14th Birthday so she and the kids threw a party. The fact that this cat would actually SIT so well in front of a cupcake is hysterical! Plus, Bailey's face makes this whole video. (the birthday boy bib is pretty awesome too!) lol!!
