ONLY eat 6 French Fries per portion!

What?? How are we gonna do that? New research shows we should only eat SIX French Fries per serving! A Harvard professor called fries “starch bombs” a person having fries 2-3 times a week can be loading up on carbohydrates and cholesterol. He said the best way to enjoy them is to SHARE them and try to limit yourself to Six. Omg!! How??? 🤣🤣
