IHOP is opening new smaller faster serve restaurants in urban areas where you can order all kinds of crazy new concoctions...INCLUDING...make your own Pancake Bowls. It's not really a sit down place but also a stop in and go type location. You can also get food off the Build Your Own Pancake Bar, breakfast burritos and bowls and Steak burgers. The first one will open in Atlanta in April of 2020.
