Ryan Reynolds Wears Ugly Christmas Sweater to Raise Money for Sick Children

Last year, Ryan Reynolds was tricked into wearing an ugly Christmas sweater by Hollywood BFFs Jake Gyllenhaal and Hugh Jackman. This year, Reynolds has brought the sweater back for a good cause.

EW reports that this past weekend, Reynolds debuted an animated video starring the sweater to announce a fundraiser for Toronto's SickKids Foundation. "The Sweater Returns!" Reynolds wrote on Instagram. He added on YouTube, "Join the fight against the greatest challenges in child health. Donations made by Dec 25 will be matched by me."

The two-minute video tells the story of Reynolds purchasing the sweater last year after Jackman and Gyllenhaal invited him to an ugly Christmas sweater party--only to find out it was just a regular party and he was the only one in an ugly Christmas sweater. He reacted to being tricked at the time by writing alongside a pic of him with Jackman and Gyllenhaal, "These f**king a**holes said it was a sweater party."
