There will be something new and innovative at the 2020 Tokyo Olmpics in Japan. Athletes will be sleeping on CARDBOARD bed frames made from recycled cardboard and mattresses will be made from materials that will also be reused after the games. There will be 18,000 beds so organizers are making sure to reduce their carbon footprint with this.
