Coming next year Navy pier is thinking about adding a new addition to the north side of the pier. Starting later in the year the pier is planning to build a new Marina over on the north facing side of the pier.
The marina will offer hourly, daily, or weekly mooring for boats up to 130 feet. The dock will also provide a concierge service, a boaters’ lounge, shop store, wi-fi, and many more. This will make it much more ideal for resident boaters who would rather spend a nice summer day sailing down the lake to get downtown instead of hailing a cab.
