While many of us are all at home avoiding the virus, Chicago-area hospital workers are doing the essential work of treating patients. And while many of us have cheered from our balconies in the thousands in a beautiful thankful gesture, some Chicagoans have set up food trains to deliver food to those medical workers on the front line.
The food trains have all been set up by a collection of Local Chicago restaurants who still want to be working during these trying times, and want to help out the cause. And what makes helping out even easier, the folks over at Chicago Magazine have put together a list of all the major food trains and their respective hospitals that they connect to. Some of the restaurants include, La Cocinita, Good To Go Jamacan Restaurant, Tata’s Pierogi, Seoul Taco, and many other Chicago Restaurants.
So if you are looking for a way to help out your local hospital and the fight against the virus, head on over to the main article here. We’ve got this Chicago!
