Evanston Farmers' Market Set To Reopen With Social Distancing Rules

Businesses around the state are still closed as we work together to battle the coronavirus. But places that offer essential goods like food remain open with some social distancing measures in place.

The Evanston Farmers Market is set to reopen in a little over a week! Farmers are excited to get their delicious locally grown produce into the hands of hungry shoppers. Things will look a little different though. Social distancing measures will be enforced, and shoppers are encouraged to buy what they need and leave without hanging around. The market doesn't want to encourage people to congregate. Masks will be required, and there will be hand washing stations throughout the market. There will also be strict limits on the number of shoppers who can enter at one time.

These adaptations will make the experience feel different, but it's still nice to see a bit of normal life making a comeback!
