Harry's Cafe has been serving coffee to Naperville train commuters for 42 years. Unfortunately, they have announced that will end this Friday at the 5th Avenue Train Station
They posed a message about the closure on Facebook this week:
End of an Era~
Harry & I want to take a minute to thank each and everyone who is a customer, friend, family and all those who just waive on their way by our coffee truck in the morning. This ongoing journey we are all on has opened our eyes to the hearts people still have to share kindness in whatever way they can. This has been especially felt by us. To those who have just come by to have coffee with us for a few minutes and to those who have been exceptionally generous to our Go Fund Me page, we cannot begin to properly THANK YOU. We have been truly blessed!!
It is with a heavy heart we are announcing our closing as of Friday, Aug. 7.
As these uncertain times continue, it is apparent commuters are not returning any time soon. We have given this our best attempt to continue but realize any chance of return to normal is gone.
It has truly been a pleasure and an honor to serve each and every person that has come to our truck. Thank You!
