World's Most Expensive Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich at Chicago Restaurant

PB&J Restaurant in Chicago's West Loop has added the world's most expensive Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich to their menu.

At $350, the sandwich is made with “toasted edible gold leaf bread,” “all-natural peanut butter,” manuka honey from New Zealand, and “the world’s most expensive” seedless redcurrant jam from Maison Dutriez in France.

The sandwhich must be ordered one day in advance.

A portion of the proceeds of the sale of the sandwich goes to Chicago HOPES for Kids, a non-profit which supports the academic needs of youth living in Chicago’s homeless shelters. So there's that....

You can see the sandwich over at Fox32's website.
