With election season right around the corner, the city of Chicago is doing its best to keep everyone informed on how they can get their votes in safely. This also means that the city will still be opening its early voting stations along with strict guidelines to stop the spread of covid-19.
The stations will open in the usual staggered way, with the loop superstation opening on the 1st of October, and all the 50 ward stations following suit and opening on the 14th of October. To vote you need to be registered in your area, and luckily if you aren’t you can register right at the voting site, all you need to do is bring two forms of ID. Also for this year, all the Early Voting sites will include a Secured Drop Box for all ballots that are being cast by mail, so if you don't actually want to go into the station to vote, you can do it outside by mail, just be sure to get your ballot asap.
