Disney is keeping the Magic alive through the Coronavirus pandemic by keeping spirits happy and alive! First is was their world famous CHURRO recipe (see my earlier blog for that) and now Disney Parks has released to the public their scrumptious Pineapple Dole Whip Recipe!! If you are like my family...once you try it you will be an addict! It's sweet, creamy and overall delicious. It's usually served at the Aloha Isle in Adventureland (Look for the long lines! LOL!) but now YOU and your family can make it at home with just a few simple ingredients you may already have! HERE IT IS.....
For one serving, blend together 1 scoop of ice cream (vanilla), 4oz pineapple juice, and 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks in a blender until smooth, then recreate the iconic swirl! Voila!! WHAT?? I know! I'm screaming too! It's that EASY??? OMG!! Okay, now hop to it and send me pictures when you are done!! (save me some too for when this is all over! LOL)
