Eeeeeek! Especially since we live so close to our good friends to the North. Wisconsin announced they will be the next state (joining Georgia) where new teen drivers will NOT have to pass a behind-the-wheel road test to get their drivers license. They say it was "born out of a need to safely address a backlog of demand amid the coronavirus pandemic". As long as the driver is under 18, has successfully completed their required training and has the endorsement of a parent or guardian they will bet a probationary license. Wow! What do you think?
