A woman in Moline, IL worked on painting this house like a rainbow for over 4 weeks with her two sons. It was getting some obvious attention and many local residents loved the happiness it seemed to bring. The home's owner, Taylor Berg was excited it was brining so much positivity to those driving by. Until...she was issued a citation and told she would have to repaint it after being told she was in violation of city code. But GOOD news, the city has since backtracked and told Berg she can keep the house as it is. Apparently the city code applies to new homes and not existing ones. So, what do you think?
