Russia has become the first country to officially register a Coronavirus vaccine and says it's ready to go for public use. Scientists across the world are still very skeptical about the effectiveness and safety as it would have to really go through many more months of testing to be ready. Even more stunning is that Russian President Vladimir Putin says that one of his daughters actually received the vaccine.
