America's largest cinema chain, AMC Theaters, will be offering 15-cent tickets for a day when it reopens more than 100 of its movie venues on August 20. The AP reports that the chain is touting the reopening as "movies in 2020 at 1920 prices." During the opening-day promotion, AMC will screen "catalog films" likeGhostbusters, Black Panther, Back to the Future, and Grease before eventually screening newer films like Christopher Nolan's Tenet on September 3. The nation's second-largest theater chain, Regal Cinemas, is set to reopen some U.S. locations on August 21.
