Florida Researchers Catch 100 Pound New Alligator Snapping Turtle

OMG! This is crazy and probably only something you would believe could happen in 2020, but it turns out Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission researchers were out last week when they came upon this GIANT 100 pound male alligator snapping turtle. Apparently this is a new species that was just discovered in 2014. They also captured a 46 pound female and a 64 pound male. It's estimated to be between 40-80 years old!
