A Disney+ series about Obi-Wan Kenobi is a go! That's the latest Star Wars spinoff news from Lucas film president Kathleen Kennedy, according to The Wrap. "It’s been very exciting to see the talent that’s come in. And we’re now developing the limited Obi-Wan Kenobi series," Kennedy says. Ewan McGregor, who played Obi-Wan in theStar Wars prequels, will star in the limited series, which does not yet have a premiere date. Kennedy also said that Season 2 of The Mandalorian is in the can, having completed filming days before the pandemic hit the U.S.
