Painting EYES on the Tush of Cows May Save Them From Predators

Research has shown that painting EYES on the rears of cows can actually SAVE their lives. The study done in Botswana showed that it can protect them from big cats who see them as prey. Once they see the large foreboding eyes, they sometimes call off the hunt thinking it's another large more threatening animal. They say this might be a more cost effective way for farmers to protect their herds from the devastating economic effect of an attack.
