Petco announced today it is removing dog shock collars from store shelves and will focus on "health and wellness". A shock collar sends an electric current through metal points and gives your dog a shock that ranges from mild to painful. The CEO of Petco said in a statement, "Shock collars are not consistent with or mission of improving lives".
