  • A Toronto woman made a McDonald's delivery order while she was trying to recover from a hangover. 
  • The order was for a hamburger with no bun, no onions, no pickles, no mustard...and NO PATTY.
  • The folks at McDonald's sent her the only thing she didn't leave off the burger...Ketchup.
  • She received 2 Heinz ketchup packets in a to-go box.
  • The woman's husband posted the receipt on Instagram.
