The recipe has been made popular by Tabitha Brown, a vegan TikTok host. But how does she turn yellow banana peels into something that looks and maybe tastes like bacon? Scraping and covering them with lots of vegan Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic, onion powder and searing them in a hot pan until crisp and dark.
