Is Volkswagen Changing Name to "Voltswagen" for New Electric Cars?

Rumors are swirling today that Volkswagen may have made a mistake and let the cat out of the bag a little too soon that they are changing their name. According to many sources they appeared to accidentally post the rebranding on the Volkswagen website before making any official announcements. USA Today allegedly saved a photo of the statement before it was later removed. The rumor includes the idea that "Volkswagen" would be removing the "k" and replacing it with a "t" for "Voltswagen". The new name might better represent the companies move towards the electric car. The BIG question is, will this turn out to be a marketing ploy? An April Fools Day joke? hmmm...only time will tell. BUT, I will say if they do this for real, it will actually be quite ingenious idea.
