The Motel From The Popular Series "Shitt's Creek" Is Up For SALE

If you are a fan of the popular Netflix series "Shitt's Creek" then you are very familiar with the motel it takes place in called "Rosebud Motel". It's located in Mono, Ontario and was the location for filming all 6 seasons. It's a 10 room motel on 6.7 acres of land and is about a 90 minute drive to Toronto. The motel is currently closed, but is a big tourist destination so there's already a built in crowd. It will set you back about C$2m. Oh, and one minor detail...the Rosebud Motel sign is NOT included!
