Melissa's Mom, Paula (77), is a jack of all trades. She does movie reviews, plays golf and tennis, and is REALLY good at channeling her inner Zen and staying calm. While coming over for a visit to Melissa's she reminded the family that through the stress of school and work the MOST important thing is telling yourself everything will be okay. Take some deep breaths, look at the sunshine, and remember everything is going to work out as planned. She also took a minute and showed the family a small self-taught relaxation technique that will probably take over Yoga/Pilates studios worldwide. We will call it "Peaceful Paula".
