New York Restaurant Creates the World's Most Expensive French Fries

A New York restaurant broke its tenth Guinness World Record with its latest menu item: a plate of French fries that costs $200.
Guinness announced that Serendipty3 in Manhattan, New York, has cooked up the ultimate “Crème de la Crème Pomme Frites” for Tuesday's National French Fry Day.
Creative Chef, Joe Calderone, and Corporate Executive Chef, Fredrick Schoen-Kiewert, whipped up the new food item to provide guests with a unique and delicious French fry experience.
“Crème de la Crème Pomme Frites” include lots of fancy stuff like upstate Chipperbeck potatoes, Dom Perignon Champagne, J. LeBlanc French Champagne Ardenne Vinegar, batches of pure cage-free goose fat from France, shaved black summer truffles from Italy, truffle butter, organic A2 A2 100% grass-fed cream from Jersey Cows, 23k edible gold dust and more.
Serendipity3 just reopened last Friday (July 9) after a lengthy closing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The $200 menu item is available by reservation.
