- IHOP president Jay Johns said, "We see this launch as part of our continued prioritization of the p.m. day part, with hopes of attracting new guests during different times of the day."
- There's hope that the Bubbles, Wine, and Brews menu will be successful enough to expand to other parts of the country by the end of the year.
