- A recent Mashed survey asked nearly 650 beer drinkers which inexpensive beer is the worst. Nearly 25% chose Milwaukee's Best.
- Milwaukee's "Beast" as it's known to cheap beer drinkers, only has a 48 out of 100 rating on Beer Advocate, with one reviewer writing "If this is Milwaukee's best, they should probably stop making beer."
- Molson must have taken the advice to heart; the beer maker recently announced Milwaukee's Best is one of eleven economy beers it's discontinuing.
- Other cheap beers that those surveyed said were nasty: Natural Ice (23.39%) and Keystone (17.27%)
