- Around 16% said their boss' worst trait was being unavailable, whether by never physically being in the office, never responding to email or picking up their phone.
- Incompetence (13.5%) and rudeness (11.5%) were also some of the worst traits of a boss. A condescending attitude was also least liked in bosses at 8.5%
