- A driver in Texas was popped illegally using the HOV lane.
- He was using a Halloween skeleton to make it look like he had an additional passenger in the car with him so he could the Katy Tollway HOV lanes.
- The driver did try to make the skeleton a little more convincing - by placing a trucker's cap on it.
- Harris County Constable for Precinct 5, Ted Heap, used every dad joke he could on Facebook, writing that "cops had a feeling in their bones that something wasn't right. Our deputies saw right through the ruse and issued the driver a bone-afide citation. After a sternum lecture, deputies wished him bone voyage!"
