- If you want thunder for your next big film, you better be willing to pay up.
- TikTok influencer Daniel Wall shared a new vid revealing that AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" is the most expensive song to use in a movie, costing at least a half-million dollars.
- "Thunderstruck" has also been used in Deadpool 2, Battleship and Thor: Ragnarock.
- Explaining that 1999's Varsity Blues reportedly paid the half-million fee for the AC/DC song, Wall added " This was the price they paid almost 22 years ago, so it's definitely much, much higher now."
