- You can get paid by Airbnb and never work in an office again.
- The short-term rental company announced a new policy last week to allow employees to work from the office, home, or while traveling to 170 countries across the world.
- Staff members will still need to show up for some in-person meetings and events. Digital nomads will need a home address for payroll and tax purposes.
- Airbnb co-founder and CEO Brian Chesky said, "I’ve always believed that you design the culture you want, or it will be designed for you. I’m excited about this new design and giving you the flexibility to live and work anywhere. I think it will unlock some amazing creativity and innovation—and make working here really fun."
