- Nike has announced its shutting down its operation in Russia in a show of solidarity with other major companies that have withdrawn due to the invasion of Ukraine.
- The shoe-maker suspended operations three months ago in Russia but hadn't fully exited the country in an effort to not "expose employees to hardship", according to ABC News.
- McDonald's and Starbucks have also stopped their operations in Russia.
